As a donor or account holder at FJC, you will be required from time to time to provide FJC with personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, email address, and social security number, as well as the names and similar information for recommenders or other persons authorized to provide FJC with instructions for your account. This information may be provided either on applications, other FJC forms or online. FJC may use this information to process transactions or respond to inquiries. FJC is the sole owner of the information gathered in such fashion.
FJC will not market, sell, trade or share this information with others. However, such information may be disclosed if we are legally required to do so pursuant to a subpoena, court order or other valid legal process.

To prevent unauthorized access, safeguard the information collected, and maintain the accuracy of data, FJC employs appropriate physical, electronic and procedural protection methods. All information is stored and maintained off-site and FJC makes extensive use of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and authentication procedures. All employees must sign confidentiality agreements with FJC and are kept up to date on our security and privacy practices.
