How can I make a cash contribution to a Fund at FJC?
Cash contributions can be made to FJC accounts by the account holder or third party individuals, corporations, or non-profits using the following instructions:
Step 1. Make your check payable to FJC
Step 2. Indicate the name of the Fund
Be sure to indicate the Fund name in the check memo line or in the accompanying document. If you are an existing FJC account holder, please feel free to include FJC’s Additional Contribution Form, which will help us identify your gift upon receipt, and allows you to specify the investment allocation per gift.
Step 3. Be sure to provide your current mailing address
If your address is not preprinted on your checks, or if your check information is not up-to-date, please be sure to provide your current mailing address. We must have this information on file to issue you a tax receipt for your gift.
Step 4. Checks should be mailed to FJC’s office at:
