Our Approach

Our Approach

Make your philanthropy work harder.

FJC focuses on creative philanthropy. We help donors enjoy more impact value for every dollar they give, and work hard to ensure those dollars go further. We were early adopters to the Donor Advised Fund model over 20 years ago because we saw its potential to reshape how philanthropy can work harder.

A legacy of innovation

Imagining more for what philanthropy can be.

In 1995, a small group of dedicated philanthropists, led by our founder Marty Silverman, established FJC, with the goal of making it the premier foundation of donor advised funds for new generations of philanthropists who strive for better ways of giving.

We bring a pioneering level of business discipline and aggressive pursuit of results to the investing side of philanthropy that is still unmatched in the sector.
